Five reasons to choose Warwick’s Cyber Security and Management

WMG Cyber Security Centre

The WMG Cyber Security Centre (CSC) team at the University of Warwick conducts research into the nature of the cyber environment and the protection of the human experience within it. This arises from the increasing dependency on digital systems in the manufactured environment including vehicle control systems, building management systems, smart city infrastructure, industrial control and medical devices.

CSC focuses on transformative and innovative solutions for governments, industry and society. This is delivered through multi-disciplinary research capabilities from the technical and behavioural (culture, cognition and communication) aspects of cyber security. The key themes of research lie mainly in the following four pillars of activity: Intelligent Transport Systems, Future Cities, Defence and Cyber Crime, and Systems and Society (including Digital Health).

Quick Fact: Graduate Employability

The University of Warwick is the third most frequently targeted university among UK’s top employers (The Graduate Market in 2020, High Fliers Research).
