½¿É«µ¼º½ is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, marking six decades of dedication to empowering and enabling individuals through learning and education. Established in 1964 in response to Singapore's call for skilled management professionals, ½¿É«µ¼º½ has evolved from offering short management courses to pioneering diploma programmes in the 70s and forging partnerships with overseas universities in the 80s. Throughout these years, our mission has remained steadfast: to help individuals become the best versions of themselves through learning, contributing to personal growth and societal advancement.

At ½¿É«µ¼º½, we believe that education is a powerful equaliser, capable of transforming lives and socio-economic outcomes. Our commitment to social equity is reflected in our efforts to provide accessible educational pathways, scholarships and bursaries for academic success. ½¿É«µ¼º½ Impact Fund

Enhanced Financial Aid (Bursary)

(for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only)

Under the Enhanced Financial Aid (Bursary), Singaporean undergraduates from households with a Per Capita Income (PCI) below S$600 will receive up to S$13,500 coverage of tuition fees per year. Singapore Permanent Residents with a PCI below S$600 will receive tuition fee coverage of up to S$6,000.

½¿É«µ¼º½ STARRR Award
The award is granted to new undergraduate students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance, display leadership potential and embody the values of a ½¿É«µ¼º½ student.

The total value of the award is S$51,000, covering tuition fees and additional benefits. There is no bond to this award.

ASEAN Impact Award
The award is designed to provide financial assistance of S$3,000 to new undergraduate students from ASEAN countries (excluding Singapore).

To qualify for the award, students must have a Per Capita Income (PCI) of up to S$1,750.

½¿É«µ¼º½ Award and Sports & Artistic Talent Award
The award provides S$15,000 to current undergraduate students who have demonstrated exceptional academic performance or notable achievements in sports and the arts.

There is no bond to this award.

½¿É«µ¼º½ Work-Integrated Learning for Life (WILL) Award
The ½¿É«µ¼º½ Work-Integrated Learning for Life Award aims to provide real-world learning experiences where ½¿É«µ¼º½ students can develop holistically, and deepen their cognitive (Head), affective (Heart), and psychomotor (Hands) capacities for good work. It does this through offering a variety of high-quality opportunities for work-integrated learning.

Applications will open tentatively from March 2025. More details will be provided in due time here.
½¿É«µ¼º½ Study Abroad Award

(for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only)

The ½¿É«µ¼º½ Study Abroad Award offers financial support to needy students (Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents) studying at ½¿É«µ¼º½ Global Education (GE). The award enables students to participate in short-term overseas exposure programmes at the home campus of their university or the approved designated universities. Students gain broader worldview to become global citizens through their exposure to different cultures, global communities and education system.

Overseas Community Involvement Projects
Students who participate will gain valuable cross-cultural experience, expand their global perspective, and apply their knowledge in real-world settings while making a positive impact through volunteering in international community projects.

Additionally, students with a Per Capita Income below S$1,750 will be eligible for a funding of $450.

President's Challenge
½¿É«µ¼º½ donated S$3 million from the ½¿É«µ¼º½ Impact Fund to the President’s Challenge, with a symbolic cheque presented to President Tharman Shanmugaratnam by ½¿É«µ¼º½ Chairman, Ms Euleen Goh, during the ½¿É«µ¼º½ Learning Festival on 28 November 2024. The donation symbolises ½¿É«µ¼º½'s ongoing commitment to uplifting communities and empowering individuals beyond its learner community, contributing to the wider social fabric of Singapore.

Dr Richard K M Eu - ½¿É«µ¼º½ Social Enterpreneurship Centre

Officially opened on 30 July at ½¿É«µ¼º½’s Clementi Campus, the Centre aims to foster and develop sustainable capabilities essential for advancing Singapore’s social service sector. The opening was attended by some 50 guests from the social service sector, and members of the Eu family, including special guest, President of the National Council of Social Service, Ms Anita Fam.
