Collaboration skills have taken a frontseat in recent years as remote and hybrid working became the norm. When people are not able to meet face to face, collaboration enables teams to continue working on projects in their own capacity and allows for results tracking and updates to happen seamlessly to support business outcomes.

In a face to face setting, collaboration skills also supports team synergy and innovation, which is crucial for smooth completion of work and continuous improvement initiatives, ultimately promoting a positive work culture that leverages individual talents to drive organizational growth.
