HUMAN-FOCUSED DESIGN MASTERCLASS 101 (ASYNCHRONOUS E-LEARNING)

Course Overview

In today’s world, people are increasingly fatigued by traditional approaches to engagement and are looking for a more meaningful and enjoyable experience. The key to designing effective applications, projects, and campaigns then, is to first uncover the underlying motivations that drive people’s behaviour and actions.

Human-Focused Design looks into what makes people tick, how various core drives fuel sustained actions, and how to help people maintain a sustained course of action to meet desired goals. Once unlocked, this understanding can be applied to improve user engagement, sales, ROI, team motivation, teaching, relationships, and more.

Target Audience:

UI/UX designers, aspiring designers or anyone who wants to understand how human behaviour can be influenced by leveraging core drives and game design principles in decision-making applications and services.
